Welcome to Conquering MS,
Conquering MS was created as way to share my experience in dealing with Multiple Sclerosis.
I have spent many years doing extensive research, into every avenue of treatments and therapies,
and into trying to understand this disease and how I can over come it. I am absolutely committed to
finding the best path to achieve wellness. Through my research, I have come to believe that the best available treatments for me are integrative. I have been fortunate enough, lately, to have found
integrative doctors that also recommend which treatments they have found to be the most beneficial. I believe MS can be
overcome but I will need the help, hope, and compassion of others to achieve this end.
Part of this approach involves the use of ethically harvested Umbilical Stem Cell Treatment as a a tool to try and repair some of the damage incurred by this terrible disease. Due to the current political, and medical climate, as well as common misunderstandings about the ethical use of Umbilical Cord Stem Cells within the United States, this requires trips outside of the country to receive therapy which has shown great promise in individuals with MS. I would very much like to do a film documentary covering this aspect, as well as others, in my treatment of MS. I am currently seeking others to get involved in this project, as while I have managed to get a multimedia degree while battling this disease, I feel it would be very difficult to do this all on my own.
