My Approach
Supplements: Vitamins and Herbs
Many people with MS have problems absorbing nutrients so the addition of vitamins may be very beneficial to us. Herbs may provide systemic support in fighting infections, calming overactive bodily systems, etc.
While much of the strategy in dealing with MS revolves around lowering the immune system, I have found benefits to building mine for periods of time. This was especially beneficial in nearly eliminating an overwhelming fatigue that had overcome me, as well as my ability to tolerate heat, such as in warm showers was increased. That is then helpful in dealing with tight muscles.
Supplements I take
Vitamin D
Alpha Lipoic
Lecithin
Grapeseed Extract
Omega Oils from Flax, Primrose and Fish
Probiotics
Multi-vitamin
B-12
